POLICIES

SECURITY DEPOSIT

To book your event, a 50% security deposit & a signed rental contract are required. The security deposit is non-refundable & will be applied to your final payment.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be paid in full no less than 1 week prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. Once you have paid your security deposit, there is no refund upon cancellation.

CATERING

We have an open catering policy which allows you to bring in whomever/whatever you choose without additional fees. We do ask that all leftover food & cake be removed as part of your clean-up/departure.

ALCOHOL

We do allow alcohol. We charge an alcohol fee of $300. If you bring your own alcohol rather than hiring a bartender, we require a “one day liquor license”. This can be obtained online. Click HERE for a link. Wild Acres must be named as Additional Insured. The policy must have a minimum of $500,000 liability limit. Proof of this insurance must be emailed to Wild Acres prior to the event. Alcohol will not be allowed without this coverage.

PROHIBITIONS

No smoking or vaping within 50 feet of Wild Acres Barn.

No Chinese Lanterns

No confetti or artificial rose pedals. Dried or real flowers are allowed.

CANDLES

Candles are only allowed in attended areas. All candles must be in a container and all burning flames must be below the rim of its container. Damage caused by flames or melted wax will be billed to the Responsible Party.

DECORATING & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS

The event party is welcome to bring decorations. Any alterations to Wild Acres Barn must be pre-approved by management. The event party is responsible to ensure no damage is made to the facility or surrounding property & all decorations are removed at the end of your event.

CLEAN-UP & DAMAGE

It is the event party’s responsibility to gather & remove personal items at the close of your event. Event party is responsible to throw away all garbage and place in dumpster. The responsible party will be held accountable for any missing property or damage to the facility. Wild Acres will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item is left behind, we will do our best to contact you. These items must be recovered in a timely manner or will be donated at our discretion.

LIABILITY

Wild Acres is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred by the responsible party or any guest.

CHANGE OF DATE

 If “client” requests to reschedule their event and the event is 6 months or more from occurring, the original “retainer” stays and a reschedule fee of $500.00 will be incurred. If “client” requests to reschedule their event and the event is less than 6 months from occurring, an additional retainer will be incurred to secure the new date.
